Q: Tell us about your college (or pro) career and what the recruiting/scouting process was like?

A: My entire process has been nothing short of a miracle. I played one year of high school football in 2012 at Dover High school as a receiver.

I really fell in love with the process and grind that came along with playing the sport. I decided to try to get my grades up to play college ball so my parents didn’t have to put out money. So my family and I decided to have me attend Fork Union Military Academy as a running back in Virginia for a year to do just that. After getting eligible to play, I missed out on the recruit process that year because I became eligible slightly late. I never gave in though. So we networked and received an opportunity to play safety at a junior college in Garden City New York called Nassau community college. They made me a leader on that team and we went undefeated! Immediately I was recruited to go play at Central Connecticut State as a safety and had a great career there finishing it off with a conference championship with the Lords help of course. In 2018 I was well on my way to play pro somewhere but unfortunately my mother passed away due to cancer and I missed out on all my opportunities. In 2019 I received a call from a friend to come play in Europe for the Marburg Mercenaries. Had a great season and have been grinding ever since.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?
A: The biggest accomplishment in my sports career to as it pertains to me would be more than just the awards I’ve earned. It’s deeper than that. I’ve learned to my true calling as a man of faith through the process of football. Yes football is a great sport to watch but changing lives through my testimony playing football has been my biggest accomplishment.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at Central Connecticut State?
A: Coach Erikson my head strength coach at Central Connecticut during my years there asked me one day while pushing the prowler in the off-season, what are you going to do when that 800 pound gorilla jumps on your back. Will you fold or will you push back? That metaphor stuck with me through not only football but LIFE. I don’t care how bad the odds look, I will always give it everything I have in the tank.

Q: How was your career impacted due to the 2020 pandemic and what have you learned from the adversity?
A:I had another opportunity to go play overseas but that was cancelled. At first I thought that was such bad news but I’ve learned to rededicate myself to the sport and have been self training myself with no help. I’ve learn so much about the kind of man I am.

Q: What was your major and what are your plans if football doesn’t work out?
A: I graduated with my B.S. in Economics and currently am a Manager for a rental company. Eventually I would like to open up my own gym.

Q: What would your current/past teammates say about you and your qualities?
A: Great leadership, staunch demeanor, but the most loving guy in the room

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career at any level?
A: I was going up against this 235 pound hard nose running back all game. Just me and him in open space. I came out of my T step and shot out like a cannon from hell absolutely knocked this kid out cold, recovered the fumble and then proceeded to knock out the second string running back the following series.

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?
A: My biggest challenge by far has been not giving up on myself when my mother passed away and all the odds were stacked against me. Nobody really believed in me, no one truly believed I could play in the NFL. I have twin younger brother on that side of my family that I care for deeply and trying to hold everything together for them while trying to work on my own future was and is extremely difficult. However I serve a God that can make the impossible possible and that’s how I’ve managed all these years.

Q: If you could compare yourself to a pro athlete, who would that be and why?
A: Brian Dawkins is my all time favorite player that’s who try to emulate my game after. He is a true inspiration. He’s not afraid to be a man of God publicly and he holds himself accountable on and off the field. I even tried to build my body up the same way as him.

Q: What is your biggest strength that you bring to a professional team and why should pro scouts consider you?
A:There will always be someone faster, stronger, and more agile than me. My game is built around a team. I connect with every member of the team and get to know them as a person in some way or fashion. Due to that relationship I can be trusted on the field. I treat every player on my team as if they are my immediate family. AND I PROTECT FAMILY.

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back” or ”pay it forward” in your community?
A: I have done a ton of work with highschool guys in my hometown and overseas. The Anne Grace charity, Bone marrow donations, the list goes on.

Q: How are you preparing for the 2021 National Scouting Combine and what are your goals?
A: I devised an entire work out plan and diet plan that I stuck to for 7 months prior to attending the combine. My Goal was to just go have fun playing the game I love while being in that atmosphere where it’s all on you.

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?
A: To make it to the NFL and tell my story on a grand platform in hopes that it might changed lives and show my generation what the power of faith and determination is all about.

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football?
A: Family time in any fashion and crabbing with the Amish

Q: If you could make a positive impact on all of society what would it be and why?
A: It would be to help spark and/or reclaim the souls that are struggling and losing hope in a world that has lost touch with God Because I’ve experienced the hardships of life and I know it’s only the set up for a greater come up. To anyone reading this do not give up.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?
A: My mother like so many others has been my backbone when I had no spine of my own.

Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?
A: MY BEST SPORT IS BASEBALL

Q: What is your dream job?
A: To play in the NFL for multiple years while I still have years to give
