Q: Tell us about your college career and what the recruiting/scouting process was like. Why did you choose (Enter school name)?

A:  My college career was honestly a story of determination. My first 3 seasons I only won 2 games. I played my first two seasons at Anna Maria College, transferred to Worcester State University, then ended up coming back to Anna Maria to finish my college career. My recruiting process coming out of highschool was very discouraging but also a blessing in disguise. I was recruited by a lot of D3 and D2 schools but did not have the grades or GPA to get in. I was also looked at by a couple of D1aa schools during my recruitment. After getting denied by alot of these schools, I went on a couple visits to prep schools to see if I could do another year and get my grades where they needed to be. My family could not afford to send me to prep school but it ended up all working out. On my last visit to Anna Maria I was very discouraged and thought I would hate it being a local kid and knowing about Anna Maria’s reputation. After my visit I ended up being very excited because I believed in Coach Mulrooney’s vision on winning a championship one day. That vision ended up becoming a reality and in my last season at Anna Maria, we won our conference and ending up getting a bid to the NCAA playoffs, and proved all the doubters wrong that said it could never be done at that school.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A:  My biggest accomplishment by far in my college career was winning a championship for Anna Maria College. Many people said I would go to that place and ruin my career, but it ended up being a story book ending. I was also the captain of the best team in Anna Maria history and was an all conference linebacker in my last season.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at (Enter school name)?

A: One of the most important things I learned from my coaches while playing at Anna Maria College was to never give up. The success did not come until my last season, but Coach Mulrooney kept preaching to us to see the bigger picture and never lose the vision of winning a championship. I was also taught to lay it all on the line for the cause, and that cause was to win a championship. There were times I feel like many others would have quit, but I did not want to come off the field because I wanted to win a championship alongside my brothers and for my coaches that worked so hard everyday for our success.

Q: What was your major and what are your plans if football doesn’t work out?

A:  My major is in Criminal Justice, and if football doesn’t work out I plan on going to the police academy and becoming a police officer.

Q: What would your current/past teammates say about you and your qualities?

A:  My current and past teammates would say that I lead by example and give it my all every rep whether it’s practice or gameday. I think they would say I am one of the hardest workers and I am always in the gym or on the field trying to be the best player I can be. I think they would point out that I have a lot of love for the game of football, and I have been chasing greatness ever since I first stepped on a football field.

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career at any level?

A: One of the most memorable plays of my college career was my game sealing interception to win the conference championship. It helped seal the deal and like I mentioned earlier, there couldn’t have been a better way to go out on top. It kind of came full circle in that moment, going through so much in my career to then ending my college career on top at my home field.

Q: Who was the best player you played against during your collegiate career?

A: The best player I have played against during my collegiate career is a tie with a couple of players. Delaware Valley’s running back was a pretty special talent, and he could bounce gaps at any moment and take off. Also Moe Harris and John Smith were two running backs that were big, physical, and ran the ball very hard.

Q: If you could compare yourself to a pro athlete, who would that be and why?

A: If I could compare myself to an NFL linebacker I could see a Devin White comparison of the Tampa Bay Bucs. He said his speed can sometimes hurt him in the run game overplaying gaps and sometimes I get caught up with that. But I believe I am similar because I play the run very physical like him and love to play sideline to sideline like he does.

Q: What is your biggest strength that you bring to a professional team and why should pro scouts consider you?

A: I believe my biggest strength I bring to a professional team would be my work ethic and motivation to be great. I have never lost the passion to be the best linebacker and teammate I can be. I also believe my speed and physicality is at a different level and helps me stand out.

Q: What is your dream job?

A: To be a NFL linebacker for any team.
