Q: Tell us about your high school career and what the recruiting process has been like thus far.
A: I haven’t really been too far into the recruiting process yet besides making a highlight tape of sophomore year.
Q: When did you receive your first offer and what school was it from? How many offers have you received thus far?
A: I don’t have any yet.
Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?
A: My biggest accomplishment was probably working hard to earn a spot on a team that went to the state championship game.
Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at your school?
A: I learned the value of hardwork and leaving everything on the field every play from my coaches and I think that’s led me to make the progress that I have thus far.
Q: What have you learned during this unique time in 2020? What did you focus on or accomplish during Quarantine?
A: I used my time to learn valuable life skills, I started cooking and learning how to make healthy meals at home, and investing in stocks, I also have been working out every day and got my bench press and squat weights up high, as well as improving my 40-yard dash time.
Q: If you could play in college, what would you choose to major in? What are your plans if football doesn’t work out?
A:I definitely want to major in business, I want to learn how to make my money work for me so I can make good money even if football doesnt work out, being a general manager of an NFL team is also a big dream of mine.
Q: What would your current teammates say about you and your qualities?
A: They would say that I am the hardest worker at all times, no one will put more out there than I will.
Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career so far?
A: My most memorable play was definitely the game-winning touchdown in week 3 where I had to run through more than one defender to score.
Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?
A: My biggest challenge was being one of the quieter kids, but over the year I stepped up and learned how to be a leader and step out of my comfort zone.
Q: If you could compare yourself to a collegiate or pro athlete, who would that be and why?
A:I resonate a lot with Saquon Barkley because I feel that on the field I can do it all, run people over, give them a fake, stiff arm, etc. I am also more of a power runner who can catch out of the backfield.
Q: What is your biggest strength and why should college coaches & scouts consider you?
A:My biggest strength is my high motor, I can give my all every play and consistently produce, I also never avoid contact.
Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back”/”pay it forward” in your community?
A: Yes, I volunteer through various activities with my church, some of which include making gift bags for first responders, school supply drives, etc.
Q: How are you preparing for the 2020 High School National Scouting Combine and what are your goals for the combine?
A: I have been working out every day and practicing my craft, my goal is to perform at the best of my ability and get on everyone’s watch list.
Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?
A: My ultimate achievement would be to leave a legacy on the game, to play and succeed at the highest level but also be remembered for something bigger than myself.
Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football? Do you play other sports?
A: I wrestle in the winter and this past year I picked up lacrosse, I really enjoy anything sports related at all times.
Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?
A: My dad has been very influential. He always tells me how I can better myself and always reminds me of ways to be a better football player and better all-around person.
Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?
A: I think people would love my sense of humor, I always try to make people laugh whenever I can.
