Q: Tell us about your high school career and what the recruiting process has been like thus far.

A: My high school career has consisted of me fighting to earn a starting spot which I earned halfway through my sophomore season where I helped lead my team to a state championship game, my experience with the recruiting process has been very limited to this point.

 

Q: When did you receive your first offer and what school was it from? How many offers have you received thus far?

A: I have yet to receive my first offer.

 

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: Earning the starting spot as a sophomore and contributing to a state championship run.

 

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at your school?

A: One of the most important things I have learned from my coaching staff Is the importance of perseverance and commitment.

 

Q: What have you learned during this unique time in 2020? What did you focus on or accomplish during Quarantine?

A: During this quarantine I have learned how to stay focused on self improvement and working to better myself as a football player and person overall. 

 

Q: If you could play in college, what would you choose to major in? What are your plans if football doesn’t work out?

 

A: I would like to major in exercise science or biology to hopefully become a physical therapist if football doesn’t work out.

 

Q: What would your current teammates say about you and your qualities?

A: My teammates would say I am hardworking perseverant and a leader. 

 

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career so far?

 

A: My most memorable play of high school so far was intercepting broad run quarterback Mitch Griffis in the regional championship which helped stop their momentum and allow my team to take a larger lead

 

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

 

A: My biggest challenge has been dealing with family issues I have managed it through football and talking with people who are willing to help

 

Q: If you could compare yourself to a collegiate or pro athlete, who would that be and why?

 

A: If I could compare myself to one athlete it would be Brian dawkins because he was very competitive physical and hard working

 

Q: What is your biggest strength and why should college coaches & scouts consider you?

 

A: My biggest strength is my versatility I’m able to do anything asked of me

 

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back”/”pay it forward” in your community?

A:I have helped with a youth football camp in the past

 

Q: How are you preparing for the 2020 High School National Scouting Combine and what are your goals for the combine?

A: Continuing to train to be faster stronger and better my goal is to get two on the bench press and a sub 4.9 40.

 

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?

A: My ultimate achievement would be earning a division one football scholarship.

 

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football? Do you play other sports?

A: I played basketball in the past I enjoy playing pickup basketball and hanging out with friends.

 

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: The most influential person in my life has been either my stepdad or grandfather they have both helped me stay focused and taught me how to be a better person
