Q: Tell us about your college career and what the recruiting process was like?

A: I didn’t have a recruiting process. I trained at a facility in Nashville and when I went off to college I decided to walk on the team. I was one of 3 people that made the team.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: My biggest accomplishment in my sports career would be my comeback after tearing my ACL. That was a very painful experience to go throw because I thought my entire sports career was over after my injury.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing?

A: The most important thing I learned from my coaches during college would be team work. During our daily doubles in college was bey difficult, having to wake up early every morning and doing workouts then going to classes and having to come back to workout again. We had to learn to lean on each other and encourage one another not to give. Quitting sometimes looked really enticing but knowing that this was bigger than yourself always kept us motivated.

Q: What was your major and what are your plans if football didn’t work out?

A: My major was in Professional Communications, after college I was planning on working for an organization by the name of Compassion International. I was going to go on tours to promote them and try to get people to sponsor kids that are in need in third world countries.

Q: What would your teammates say about you and your qualities?

A: I would say my teammates would say that I am a very passionate player. I bring a lot of excitement and energy to the field.

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

A: The biggest challenge that I’ve gone through, I would say I’m not quite out of it yet. It’s something that I am currently going through now, but I know I will come out of this on top because that’s what I’ve always done

Q: What is your biggest strength that you bring to a professional team and why should pro scouts consider you?

A: My biggest strength that I would bring to a professional team would be my speed and my work ethic. I will always strive to be the best that I can be, I don’t need anyone to motivate me I can motivate myself.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: The Lord has blessed me with many influential people in my life. I feel like the most blessed man to have had met these men and women. I would say the most influential person though would be my friend Ryan. His story is truly amazing. He’s my best friend, my trainer and a person I strive to be like.

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back”/”pay it forward” in your community?

A: Charity and giving back has always been something that I’ve wanted to be involved in. Coming from a third world country I know the hardships that other people around the world are facing everyday that we here in America will never have to experience. When I make it into the league I want to start a sports camp for inner city kids to try get them on the right track. I want to show them that there are other paths one can go that doesn’t involve drugs, gangs and violence.

Q: How are you preparing for the 2019 National Scouting Combine and what are your expectations?

A: I train twice a day. I wake up at five and do my morning workouts. Then I go off to work after my workout, after work I do another workout. I try to eat 4-5 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on top of breakfast lunch and dinner to maintain my weight.

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?

A: Making it to the NFL would be the ultimate achievement and truly a blessing and a dream come true.[et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ _builder_version=”3.22″ background_color=”#cc0000″ custom_margin=”0px||0px|” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px” fb_built=”1″ bb_built=”1″ _i=”2″ _address=”2″][et_pb_row column_structure=”3_4,1_4″ use_custom_gutter=”on” module_class=” et_pb_row_fullwidth” _builder_version=”3.25″ width=”89%” width_tablet=”80%” width_last_edited=”on|desktop” max_width=”89%” max_width_tablet=”80%” max_width_last_edited=”on|desktop” custom_padding=”0px|0px|0px|0px” make_fullwidth=”on” _i=”0″ _address=”2.0″][et_pb_column type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”3.25″ custom_padding=”|||” _i=”0″ _address=”2.0.0″ custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_cta title=”DONATE TO THE BSN FOUNDATION” button_url=”https://www.beyondsportsnetwork.com/bsnfoundation/donate/” button_text=”DONATE NOW” module_class=”gym_call_action” _builder_version=”3.16″ header_font=”Montserrat|700||on|||||” header_font_size=”36″ header_letter_spacing=”4px” use_background_color=”off” custom_button=”on” button_text_color=”#cc0000″ button_bg_color=”#ffffff” button_border_width=”0″ button_border_radius=”0″ button_font=”Montserrat||||||||” custom_margin=”0px||0px|” custom_padding=”30px||0px|” button_text_size__hover_enabled=”off” button_text_size__hover=”null” button_one_text_size__hover_enabled=”off” button_one_text_size__hover=”null” button_two_text_size__hover_enabled=”off” button_two_text_size__hover=”null” button_text_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_text_color__hover=”null” button_one_text_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_one_text_color__hover=”null” button_two_text_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_two_text_color__hover=”null” button_border_width__hover_enabled=”off” button_border_width__hover=”null” button_one_border_width__hover_enabled=”off” button_one_border_width__hover=”null” button_two_border_width__hover_enabled=”off” button_two_border_width__hover=”null” button_border_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_border_color__hover=”null” button_one_border_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_one_border_color__hover=”null” button_two_border_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_two_border_color__hover=”null” button_border_radius__hover_enabled=”off” button_border_radius__hover=”null” button_one_border_radius__hover_enabled=”off” button_one_border_radius__hover=”null” button_two_border_radius__hover_enabled=”off” button_two_border_radius__hover=”null” button_letter_spacing__hover_enabled=”off” button_letter_spacing__hover=”null” button_one_letter_spacing__hover_enabled=”off” button_one_letter_spacing__hover=”null” button_two_letter_spacing__hover_enabled=”off” button_two_letter_spacing__hover=”null” button_bg_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_bg_color__hover=”null” button_one_bg_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_one_bg_color__hover=”null” button_two_bg_color__hover_enabled=”off” button_two_bg_color__hover=”null” _i=”0″ _address=”2.0.0.0″]Your tax deductible donation helps us conduct free, professionally run testing combines and educational resources for youth, high school athletes, coaches and parents.[/et_pb_cta][et_pb_divider show_divider=”off” _builder_version=”3.9″ height=”15px” _i=”1″ _address=”2.0.0.1″][/et_pb_divider][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”3.25″ custom_padding=”|||” _i=”1″ _address=”2.0.1″ custom_padding__hover=”|||”][et_pb_divider show_divider=”off” _builder_version=”3.19.3″ height=”30px” _i=”0″ _address=”2.0.1.0″][/et_pb_divider][et_pb_code _builder_version=”3.19.3″ _i=”1″ _address=”2.0.1.1″][/et_pb_code][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]
