 Athletic Career

● Did you play in college? If so, what was your recruiting process like, and what challenges or surprises did you encounter? No, I never played in college but at one point I was being recruited by Cheyney University as a LB/DE.

● What do you consider your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far, and why does it stand out to you? The Biggest accomplishment in my sports career was trying out for the XFL and making it to the free agency pool in 2024 and getting invited to the Philadelphia Soul Training camp before the league shut down.

● What is one of the most important lessons you’ve learned throughout your athletic journey, and how has it shaped you? The most important lesson I have learned throughout my athletic journey is nothing is impossible and no dream is too big.

Performance & Training

● Can you walk us through a typical training day—both during the season and in the off-season? A typical training day for me includes basic strength and explosive movements. My training incorporates pilates, weight training, martial arts, HIIT, cardio and calisthenics. All of these combined have reserved the youth, strength, speed and dexterity of my body.

● How do you mentally prepare for competition, showcases, and games? Do you have any specific routines or rituals? I prepare by praying to God and thanking him and asking him for strength.

● What has been the biggest challenge of your athletic career, and how did you work through or overcome it? The biggest challenge of my athletic career is never getting my shot and really showing what I’m capable of.

● During times when you’re not performing at your best, how do you find the motivation to keep going? I simply take it back to God and ask for guidance.

Team Dynamics & Leadership

● How has being part of a team influenced your personal growth and leadership style? Yes, being a part of a team has influenced my personal growth and leadership style by absorbing every bit of knowledge from every member of the teams I’ve played for and applying it to every field experience.

● Can you share a moment when you had to step up as a leader, on or off the field? What did you learn from that experience? When I was in the Navy I was a patrolman conducting Law

Enforcement duties. When I had an active shooter scare and I was just an E2 at the time and others began to panic or not know what to do so I led by showing fearlessness and clarity by making sure every patrolman knew their position and job to neutralize the threat.

● In your opinion, what qualities make someone a great teammate? What makes a good teammate is being able to support them on and off the field.

● What is one early lesson you learned in your career that has had a lasting impact on your success? Hardwork beats talent. Every rep counts

Off-the-Field Life & Mindset

● How do you handle pressure from fans, media, and expectations about your performance? I live a very conservative life as a christian husband and father.

● What role does mental health play in your success as an athlete, and how do you maintain your mental well-being? Mental health is the biggest piece to performing as an athlete and the determining factor of how far that athlete goes. I maintain my mental well being through prayer and reading my bible.

● What’s one thing people often misunderstand about what it takes to compete at your level? The sacrifice it takes to get to that next level.

● If you could make one positive impact on society, what would it be and why? To show people my journey so they can see anything can be done.

● How would you describe your work ethic, and how has it contributed to your success? My work ethic is constant hunger. I approach each day with the mindset that nothing is given and everything is earned. I’m relentless in training. I pride myself on being coachable and holding myself accountable, because I know that builds trust with a team. I don’t just want to show up; I want to raise the standard. This work ethic has contributed to my success by standing out amongst my peers mentally, spiritually and physically.

Your Future

● What do you hope to prove or demonstrate to scouts at the 2026 National Scouting Combine? I want to prove that I’m an every-down linebacker who can play with both power and speed. I want scouts to see the competitor in me-that I prepare like a pro, I’m coachable, and I can bring value to a team right away on defense and special teams. My goal is to stand out as a player who belongs at the professional level.

● Where do you see yourself five years after your athletic career ends? I see myself helping others get to their goals and giving back to the community.

● What legacy do you hope to leave behind in your sport? For my name to be remembered and to inspire the guy in the back who feels like all hope is lost.
