A: My recruiting process was interesting, mostly division II and division III schools. I choose The Apprentice School because it combined the two things I love, taking care of my family, and playing the game that makes me feel alive.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your college career?

A: When I realize my strength met my physical ability when I came back from a injury I saw no way through. I realized I was crafted for this game.

Q. What do you feel is the most important thing you learned while attending The Apprentice School? Both on and off the field?

A: Strength and Sportsmanship that embody the aspect of the morality of man that this game deserves from me.

Q: What were some of the challenges you faced during your career that you believe strengthened your resolve and ability to compete at the pro level?

A: Coming back from my leg injury showed my strength and how much I love this game. I always believed that I was crafted to be a professional football player and I carry myself that way. In everything I do pertaining to football it’s 100%. I had to overcome the man in the mirror which is my own worst enemy I’m fighting him constantly. Those that came before me barefoot, and full of wisdom continue to be part of my guidance.

Q. If you could compete against any professional athlete who would that be and why?

A: Ray Lewis because he is my depiction of the true epitome of excellence, and strength.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: My rose within my cement my mother Catina Washington. As well as the grace within my love my grandmother Rachel Gadson they wear their essence like a fine fragrance. They gave me guidance as a man both spiritual and mentally. They showed me God.

Q: What are your goals with football? If football does not work out? Do you have a “plan B”?

A: I want to make a difference be a real movement. Leave my footprints in this stage of sand. There is no such thing as impossible without the word possible. So there is no plan b, I go out there to leave it all on the field.

Q: How did you prepare for the National Scouting Combine and what were your expectations?

A: I breathe this game this is part of my legacy God’s lineage for me. So preparing for something I eat every day was not difficult it was a blessing. I expected it to push me, prepare me and challenge the hidden portions of me.

Q: What was your experience like in Indianapolis, and what did you learn from the experience?

A: The experience was great, meeting other athletes chasing the same dream, also with a group of coaches that love what they do. I’ve learned to keep on pushing for excellence and stay patient. I also learned that in between a rock and a hard place there is me. This experience improved me and showed me that there are short comings that push me to grow longer.

Q. Do you have a saying or motto that you live your life by?

A: ” That if any would not work, neither should he eat” (2 Thessalonians 3: 10).

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?

A: My ultimate achievement on the field will be making a NFL roster. Off the field achievements are being a great father to my son and giving back to my community, Eutawville South Carolina.

Thank you Mr.Kibble for this opportunity. This has been truly nothing short of an honor, and a privilege to give you insight on my experience. Also adding that playing indoor football for the first time in the MIFL for the “River City Thunder” has been a great experience thus far. Understanding that I will be moving up soon. With Coach Reggie Shipp’s help, and leadership I will be a great professional football player.

Thank you again.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvHHIRGP5SU” title=”2016 National Scouting Combine Linebackers”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
