Collegiate Officiating Consortium Partners with NSC for 2026 in Naples
“This Combine provides a unique opportunity for our officials to get quality reps during the offseason while receiving instant feedback from our evaluators,” said Grace Delzer, Coordinator of Football Administration, Big Ten Conference. “Our officials participate in 1×1 and 7×7 drills, as well as an 11×11 scrimmage, and they receive immediate coaching from current and former B1G and NFL officials. It’s one of the only settings where they can get such high-quality reps and feedback.”
“The live-game environment is hard to simulate in the offseason,” Delzer added. “This experience allows our mentors to educate officials through real-game scenarios, helping them identify strengths and areas for growth while preparing for future officiating opportunities.”

“Our collaboration with the Collegiate Officiating Consortium is essential to maintaining the quality and professionalism of the National Scouting Combine,” said Jimmy Kibble, CEO & Founder of the Beyond Sports Network Foundation and National Scouting Combine. “By providing officials with a platform to develop, gain live-game experience, and connect with leaders in the sport, the COC helps ensure that every aspect of the Combine is executed at the highest standard. We’re proud to continue this partnership into 2026.”
Through this ongoing collaboration, the NSC reinforces its commitment to athlete development, professional officiating standards, and building meaningful connections across the sports community.
