Q: Tell us about your high school career and what the recruiting process has been like thus far.

A: I have had a few schools on all three levels reach out and shown interest

Q: When did you receive your first offer and what school was it from? How many offers have you received thus far?

A: I have received 0 offers so far.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: Winning our district championship and being the second team in school history to do so.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at your school?

A: I have learned that there is someone even more passionate about the game then I am despite them not being able to play.

Q: What have you learned during this unique time in 2020? What did you focus on or accomplish during Quarantine?

A: Good work ethic is key. Despite us not being able to participate in activities together it shouldn’t stop you from working out by yourself.

Q: If you could play in college, what would you choose to major in? What are your plans if football doesn’t work out?

A: I would want to major in computer science or Business. I’ll be looking to go to school and get my degree

Q: What would your current teammates say about you and your qualities?

A: My teammates would express that I’m a person who doesn’t complain and loves to win. They’d say that I try to lead by example whenever I can do so

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career so far?

A: A heavy tackle I Made on a kid running a jet sweep.

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

A: Recovering from my ankle injury. I’ve sprained my ankles however the physical pain wasn’t the problem it’s was the mental. Just getting that confidence again to be able to plant on it

Q: If you could compare yourself to a collegiate or pro athlete, who would that be and why?

A: As a receiver I compare myself to Mike Evans, he’s tall not to fast by he catches balls and can get in and out of routes. As a corner I’d compare my sell to Richard Sherman, he’s a taller guy not that fast but can play zone coverage very well.

Q: What is your biggest strength and why should college coaches & scouts consider you?

A: I think my ability to come down hill and make a play is where I stand out. Also my length can be used when making plays on the field.

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back”/”pay it forward” in your community?

A: I’m in a minority kids group at school, called Cohort. It gives a place for minority students to go and talk about the things they are going through in life. We also go on college tours and do volunteer work around our school

Q: How are you preparing for the 2020 High School National Scouting Combine and what are your goals for the combine?

A: I have been working out everyday since April, increasing my speed, Agility, and my IQ of the game.  My biggest goal is to be on more schools radar and possible get an offer.

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?

A: Playing College football and being very successful in doing it.

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football? Do you play other sports?

A: I love to hang out with “my guys” and I play varsity basketball as well.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: my mom is my biggest influence. She’s strong, smart, and doesn’t make excuses ever. That alone has gotten me so far in life

Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?

A: playing football is like a job to me and it is so important that everything is done right and when a mistake is made, we find a solution to fix it.
