National Scouting Combine Partners with Collegiate Officiating Consortium for the 2025 College All-Star Game Showcase

Naples, FL – [Date] – The National Scouting Combine is proud to announce its partnership with the Collegiate Officiating Consortium (COC) for the fifth time in the event’s history (2012, 2013, 2023, 2024, and 2025). The COC’s elite officials will oversee the National Scouting Combine College All-Star Game Showcase, taking place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex in Naples, Florida.

Entering its 14th year, the National Scouting Combine has become one of the nation’s premier football scouting events, surpassed only by the NFL Combine, Senior Bowl, and Shrine Bowl. It serves as a platform for elite college prospects and free agents from across the country to showcase their skills in front of professional coaches, scouts, and league executives.

The Collegiate Officiating Consortium—a prestigious organization known for its work with top collegiate programs, including the Big Ten Conference and the Mid-American Conference (MAC)—will provide their world-class officials to ensure the highest standards of fairness, precision, and professionalism during the College All-Star Game.

“The Collegiate Officiating Consortium has long been a leader in developing and supporting the best officials in the sport, and we are honored to welcome them back for the fifth time,” said Jimmy Kibble, CEO and Founder of the Beyond Sports Network Foundation and the National Scouting Combine. “Their presence not only elevates the quality of the game but also underscores our commitment to creating an authentic and professional experience for players, coaches, and scouts.”

In conjunction with the Combine, the Collegiate Officiating Consortium – FB from the Big Ten, Mid-American and Missouri Valley Conferences will host their annual Diversity Clinic where officials from all over the country that have been identified as some of the top prospects in officiating will attend and work both practices and the College All-Star game.

“The Collegiate Officiating Consortium FB (COC-FB) is excited to be partnering again this year with the National Scouting Combine and Jimmy’s group to provide a unique opportunity for officials to be seen and evaluated by some of the top referees and trainers in the business.” said Bill Carollo, Officiating Coordinator for the BIG10 and Coordinator of Officials for the Collegiate Officiating Consortium.

The National Scouting Combine has recently expanded its influence as the Official Combine Partner of the Arena Football 1 (AF1) League and the X-League, further cementing its status as a key player in football talent evaluation. By partnering with organizations like the COC, the Combine continues to set the standard for excellence in both competition and operations.

“The National Scouting Combine is more than just an event—it’s an opportunity for athletes to showcase their abilities, and for officials to demonstrate the critical role they play in the game,” added Kibble. “The COC’s continued involvement speaks to their dedication to supporting the next generation of football talent.”
