Q: Tell us about your high school career and what the recruiting process has been like thus far.

A: I have had fun and enjoyed my high school career so far. The recruiting process has been different with Covid, which has limited the number of camps and face to face visits. Overall, I’m staying confident that everything will work out the way it’s supposed to.

Q: When did you receive your first offer and what school was it from? How many offers have you received thus far?

A: My first offer was received from Morehead State University in April 2020 and that is the only official offer thus far.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: I was chosen All Conference and All State my Junior season.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at your school?

A: I have learned to push myself beyond my limits, to be relentless, and to keep going one step further.

Q: What have you learned during this unique time in 2020? What did you focus on or accomplish during Quarantine?

A: It is what it is, and I’ve had to just go with the flow. I have focused on working out and building my technique.

Q: If you could play in college, what would you choose to major in? What are your plans if football doesn’t work out?

A: I want to major in Business and at this point I have all faith and confidence that football will work out.

Q: What would your current teammates say about you and your qualities?

A: They would say that I am confident and hard working.

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career so far?

A: My first Pick 6 against Beckley and I ran the ball back 60 yards.

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

A: My biggest challenge was Breaking my ankle game #1 my sophomore year. I was a starter as a DB and WR, something I worked hard to achieve and it then game 1 it was over. I worked diligently to come back stronger and better.

Q: If you could compare yourself to a collegiate or pro athlete, who would that be and why?

A: Deion  Sanders, because he is such a versatile player and he can play both sides of the ball.

Q: What is your biggest strength and why should college coaches & scouts consider you?

A: I am coachable and I like to consider my technique top notch.

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back”/”pay it forward” in your community?

A: I volunteer at a local cemetery helping with lawn care, tree removal, and Memorial Day preparation.

Q: How are you preparing for the 2020 High School National Scouting Combine and what are your goals for the combine?

A: I have been working out everyday for 12 weeks. My goal is to be the absolute best DB there.

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?

A: My ultimate achievement would be Hall of Fame as a DB.

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football? Do you play other sports?

A: I enjoy playing video games, working out. I also participate in Track.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: My mother for all the obvious reasons. And my Coach, Calvin Edwards for all of his support and time he dedicates to me and allowing me to absorb his knowledge of the game.

Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?

A: I like to watch Anime and most people don’t know or wouldn’t expect that.
