Q: Tell us about your high school career and what the recruiting process has been like thus far.

A: I was a two-way starter on the Woodgrove freshman team last season.  As a rising sophomore I have just begun the recruiting process.

Q: When did you receive your first offer and what school was it from? How many offers have you received thus far?

A: Currently I have not received any offers.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: After a very successful freshman season I had the opportunity to be called up to the Varsity Football team at Woodgrove High School. I would like to thank all of my coaches for the opportunity they gave to me.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at your school?

A: Coach Skinner always says “It’s the little things”. I have applied this message in school, athletics, and in life. I pay attention to the little things that will lead me towards more success.

Q: What have you learned during this unique time in 2020? What did you focus on or accomplish during Quarantine?

A: One thing that I learned during this time is that you need self-motivation and a good work ethic. During this period, I have been training with Mr. Tyler Dorsey at Pure Body Coaching. I’ve enjoyed this because of the progress that I have seen as well as the knowledge Coach Dorsey has passed along.

Q: If you could play in college, what would you choose to major in? What are your plans if football doesn’t work out?

A: I’m interested in Business and Marketing. At this time, I’d like to get involved with Sports Marketing.

Q: What would your current teammates say about you and your qualities?

A: I was voted a captain based on my leadership abilities. I think my teammates would say that I’m a hard worker and dedicated to the team.

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career so far?

A: During my Freshman season I caught the game winning touchdown against Stone Bridge.

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

A: The biggest challenge for me has been competing against very talented upper classmen for a starting position. I have continued to work and train to improve my abilities.

Q: If you could compare yourself to a collegiate or pro athlete, who would that be and why?

A: I don’t really compare myself to anyone. I want to pave my own way.

Q: What is your biggest strength and why should college coaches & scouts consider you?

A: I feel like I have a high football IQ. I can pick up concepts quickly.

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back”/”pay it forward” in your community?

A: This past year I started to tutor younger students in Math.

Q: How are you preparing for the 2020 High School National Scouting Combine and what are your goals for the combine?

A: I’ve been training all off season and I’m looking forward to getting baseline numbers to help me improve in the future.

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?

A: I’d really like to have the opportunity to continue my football career in college.

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football? Do you play other sports?

A: I enjoy traveling with my family and spending time with my friends. I am part of the Woodgrove varsity lacrosse team.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: My parents. They have helped guide me through athletics and anything I’ve need help with throughout my life.

Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?

A: I really enjoy baking.
