The National Scouting Combine (“NSC”) conducts athletic testing, evaluations, and performance analysis designed to provide athletes with recruiting exposure and performance benchmarking.
By registering for an NSC event, creating an account, submitting information, or participating in testing, you acknowledge and agree that:
Testing results are provided for informational and recruiting purposes only.
NSC does not guarantee athletic scholarships, roster opportunities, professional contracts, invitations, endorsements, or employment opportunities.
Athletic performance results represent performance at the time of testing and may not reflect future performance.
NSC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of self-reported information provided by athletes, coaches, or third parties.
Athletes understand that the primary purpose of NSC is to provide recruiting exposure opportunities.
By participating in NSC programs, events, combines, showcases, camps, or online services, athletes grant NSC permission to distribute and display:
Athlete profiles
Testing results
Rankings
Athletic Performance Reports (APR)
Measurements
Recruiting information
Photos
Videos
Interviews
Event participation history
to authorized coaches, recruiters, scouts, personnel departments, leagues, teams, recruiting services, and media organizations.
NSC cannot control how third parties use publicly released recruiting information after lawful distribution.
The National Scouting Combine Grade (“NSC Grade”), Athletic Performance Report (“APR”), ranking systems, scoring methodologies, benchmarking systems, testing formulas, databases, software, reports, analytics, and related technologies are proprietary intellectual property owned by Beyond Sports, LLC and/or the National Scouting Combine.
Users may not:
Copy or reproduce scoring methodologies.
Reverse engineer proprietary calculations.
Create derivative scoring systems based on NSC intellectual property.
Sell, license, or distribute NSC reports without written permission.
Use NSC data for commercial purposes without authorization.
Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
By participating in NSC events, athletes grant NSC, Beyond Sports, LLC, sponsors, partners, affiliates, media organizations, and authorized representatives the perpetual right to photograph, videotape, livestream, record, publish, distribute, edit, and use their name, image, likeness, voice, athletic performance, and biographical information for:
Recruiting purposes
Event promotion
Educational purposes
Historical archives
Marketing and advertising
Social media
Broadcast and streaming content
No additional compensation shall be owed for such use.
For athletes under 18 years of age, parental or guardian consent is required.
Participation in athletic testing, football activities, strength testing, speed testing, jumping activities, and other combine exercises involves inherent risks including serious injury, illness, disability, paralysis, or death.
Participants acknowledge that:
They voluntarily participate at their own risk.
They are physically capable of participating.
They have consulted medical professionals as necessary.
NSC is not providing medical advice or medical evaluations.
Participants assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless NSC, Beyond Sports, LLC, event venues, sponsors, staff, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and partners from any claims arising from participation in NSC activities, including but not limited to:
Personal injury
Property damage
Illness
Travel-related incidents
Equipment failures
Data errors
Recruiting decisions made by third parties
This release applies whether claims arise from negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.
All registrations and event fees are subject to the National Scouting Combine Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, all registration fees, deposits, service fees, and event-related payments are non-refundable.
No refunds shall be provided for:
Voluntary withdrawal
Scheduling conflicts
Travel issues
Failure to attend
Injury occurring before the event
Changes in athletic eligibility
Changes in recruiting status
At NSC’s sole discretion, event credits may be issued for future events in situations involving:
Documented medical emergencies
Military obligations
Severe weather events
Acts of God
Credits have no cash value and may be subject to expiration dates.
If NSC cancels an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue closures, or other force majeure events, NSC may provide rescheduling options, event credits, or partial refunds at its discretion.
NSC may use athlete testing data, historical performance information, and aggregate statistics for:
Research
Benchmarking
Recruiting analysis
Predictive modeling
Historical reporting
Product development
Artificial intelligence and machine learning applications
Individual personally identifiable information will be handled in accordance with the NSC Privacy Policy.
NSC may provide authorized coaches, recruiters, scouts, league personnel, and team representatives access to athlete information.
NSC does not guarantee:
Review of athlete profiles
Communication from recruiters
Scholarship opportunities
Team invitations
Professional contracts
Recruiting decisions remain solely with the respective organizations.
By creating an account or registering for an event, you consent to receive communications from NSC, including:
Event updates
Recruiting opportunities
Educational content
Marketing communications
Sponsor information
Athlete development resources
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
