Keeping scouting review separate from event payment makes the process clearer for the athlete and cleaner operationally for NSC.

2. INVITED ATHLETES REGISTER
Invitation required.
If selected, NSC sends the official invitation and registration link. Event registration, payment and applicable event documents can then be completed through the designated provider.

WHAT OUR SCOUTING STAFF NEEDS.
The scouting form should collect only the information needed to identify, evaluate and contact the athlete before an invitation is issued.
ATHLETE BASICS
Name, cell phone, email, height, weight, primary position and secondary position.
COLLEGE INFORMATION
School, level, conference, graduation date, jersey number and roster-page link.
FOOTBALL CONTACTS
Head coach, position coach and football department contact information.
FILM
Highlight film plus any full-game or verified film links that establish recent performance.
PLAYING HISTORY
Recent production, honors, starts, role, previous schools, camps or relevant professional experience.
SCOUTING NOTES
A concise athlete statement explaining why NSC should continue evaluating the prospect.

NSC can evaluate a combination of playing level, film, production, athletic traits, verified testing when available, positional need, competitive history and the athlete’s potential value in the showcase environment.

NSC adds the athlete to the draft-eligible scouting pool and verifies basic information where possible.
2. SEASON REVIEW
Scouting staff can review roster status, film, updates and additional information as the season progresses.
3. INVITATION DECISION
Selected athletes receive an official invitation with event-registration instructions.
4. COMPLETE REGISTRATION
Invited athletes complete payment, registration and event requirements through the designated provider.
