The six foot five left tackle started 18 games in the last two years, leading a unit which guided Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year Malachi Hosley to over 1,100 rushing yards in 2024. The Penn prodigy stands out on tape with his natural ability to seal the edge & tenacity to finish reps late. His 89.3 PFF pass block grade ranked 2nd among returning tackles in the FCS.

The Rockwall, Texas native tallied the second best overall PFF grade among guards last year at 75.5, including a 90.4 pass blocking grade. In 934 snaps, Smith did not allow a single sack, displaying his elite balance & torque on film.
3. Gavin Ortega, Weber State

Finishing with an astounding 0 sacks allowed in 2024, the Bellingham product has not allowed a sack within his last 17 games. He finished with a 77.0 PFF grade and an 82.3 pass block grade, ranking 5th in overall grade among returning starters. He does an impressive job at engaging and staying in phase at the point of attack, while also showcasing the ability to maneuver to the second level with ease.
4. Delby Lemieux, Dartmouth

Lemieux finished with the best overall PFF grade and run blocking grade among returning FCS tackles, while showing significant development in pass pro. Out of the senior class, the Dartmouth tackle separates himself with his strong hands & mauler playstyle.
5. JT Cornelius, Monmouth

- The sixth year senior from New Jersey is coming off a stellar year with the Hawks, contributing to a unit which was ranked second in total offense in the FCS. Despite the barrage of accolades he received including two 2nd team All-CAA selections, Cornelius decided to return to school after only allowing one sack and just seven pressures the year prior. In the twelve games he started, Cornelius primarily stood at left tackle while starting a handful at right tackle, providing the prized versatility that NFL teams crave for linemen. On top of that, he was the 5th best graded returning tackle in pass pro last year, finishing with a 84.1 PFF grade.
6. Will Bergin, Penn

He was a mainstay for the Penn offensive line which only allowed 15 sacks all year, the ninth fewest in the FCS. With that being said, Bergin possesses solid technique & anchor ability in pass pro to back up his 85.3 PFF pass block grade.
7. Nate Adams, South Dakota State

- The Stephen F Austin & Hawaii transfer looks to contribute to a star studded South Dakota State offense after being named a second team All-SoCon selection the year prior. He will be blocking for transfer running back Julius Loughridge, who has ran for over three thousand yards and twenty five touchdowns in his career. The six foot seven tackle is hard to miss on film with his elite mass & overarching knockback power. Despite having plenty of room to grow as a blocker, Adams posted an 89.0 PFF pass block grade, ranking third among returning FCS tackles.
8. Langston Jones, Lehigh

- The Lehigh standout has put together multiple stellar seasons in a row, starting thirty five games consecutively. Versatility being a strong suit of his, Jones moved between left and right guard for the past two seasons while recording an 84.5 PFF pass block grade a year ago. His dominance is evident on tape; allowing zero sacks and hits last year with his quick feet & a strong upper base.
9. Traveon Newsome, Incarnate Word

The Southern transfer graded out as the third best returning guard in FCS for pass blocking with an 89.0 grade. When watching his tape, Newsome is quick to make first contact & active with his hands in pass protection.
10. Derek Osman, Harvard

Osman is a technically sound tackle who moves well for his size, using his long arms to stun opposing lineman early in the rep.
