NSC Staff have recently been made aware of a SCAM by an individual representing himself to high school athletes as being a “Member of the National Scouting Combine.”
This individual is using cell phone # 202-439-0412 and identifies himself as DANIEL MICHAEL.
Recently he has targeted high school athletes in the South Carolina area claiming to be the “CERTIFIED FUNDING COORDINATOR,” but he may be targeting athletes in other states.
This individual is NOT associated with the National Scouting Combine in ANY way and is misrepresenting himself presumably to defraud high school athletes. If this individual contacts anyone misrepresenting himself as an NSC staff member please fill out the form at the bottom of this post.
“National Scouting Combine” is a registered trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and may not be used without our prior written permission or by any person or organization falsely claiming affiliation with us.
The NSC is coordinating with their Attorney and law enforcement authorities.
