Q: Tell us about your college (or pro) career and what the recruiting/scouting process was like. Why did you choose Anderson University?

A: When it came to Anderson coaches recruiting me, they came to one of my high school games and talked to me about considering going to Anderson University. The Rivals have open tryouts and I signed up for a tryout in Indianapolis to see if I would be qualified to be drafted to the 2020 draft.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: For me to have been given opportunity to not only be able to be on a semi-professional team and showcase my skills is a huge accomplishment to me.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at (Enter school name)?

A: Back at Kokomo High School I learned to be a leader and learn to motivate my teammates at practice and before/during the games. At Anderson University is where I learned to show the coaches my determination and my strength.

Q: How was your career impacted due to the 2020 pandemic and what have you learned from the adversity?

A: It was hard not being able to go to a gym and being limited to movement. I learned to be patient in the crisis we are in and use this time to workout at home.

My biggest strength I bring is my willpower to not give up and my determination. I’m willing to push myself more than anyone else and show the pro scouts that I’m the most determined person out there.

Q: What was your major and what are your plans if football doesn’t work out?

A: My major was Sports Marketing. If football does not work out for me, I would like to try and open my own sports shop.

Q: What would your current/past teammates say about you and your qualities?

A:  My sportsmanship, because I respect the opposing team and by doing so, they respect me.

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career at any level?

A: At high school we were the first team within the 35 years history of Kokomo High School to win Sectionals, also to conquer Regionals, and close to win Semi-State.

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

A: Feeling like I did not deserve to play football. I overcame that feeling by pushing myself hard to get myself back into the right football mindset.

Q: If you could compare yourself to a pro athlete, who would that be and why?

A: It would be Michael Oher because of his strength and Ray Lewis because he was aggressive and determined.

Q: What is your biggest strength that you bring to a professional team and why should pro scouts consider you?

A: My biggest strength I bring is my willpower to not give up and my determination. I’m willing to push myself more than anyone else and show the pro scouts that I’m the most determined person out there.

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back” or ”pay it forward” in your community?

A: I am involved in a church group called Bridges Outreach and, I have been involved since middle school. They give back to the community by helping with some events around Kokomo, Indiana, helping kids at schools with their homework, etc.

Q: How are you preparing for the 2021 National Scouting Combine and what are your goals?

A: I head to the gym 3-4 times out of the week after I get off work to improve on my strength, cardio and sharpening on my techniques. My goal is to improve on my strength and speed.

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement?

A: To be on a Professional team

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football?

A: Playing video games, going swimming, traveling, working out

Q: If you could make a positive impact on all of society what would it be and why?

A: I would like to be role model for everyone so they know just like me through hard work and perseverance you can make whatever you want to achieve happen because I did not have anyone when I was young to believe that I could go out and accomplish my dream. And I want to be that type of role model for children.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: My mom. She has always worked hard for me, my brother and sister so we can be able to one day achieve our dreams.

Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?

A: I am always open to try new things whether it is trying new activities, culture, or new food. There is nothing that I am not willing to try once.

Q: What is your dream job?

A: To be a professional athlete
