Q: Tell us about your sports career and what the recruiting/scouting process was like?

A: I’ve played football since I was a kid playing for PAL (Police Athletic League). Played football in my middle school, high school, and college years. Even got the chance to be on a semi-professional team. Not only that I also was in wrestling back in high school for a few years and on the track and field team.

Q: Did you play in college and if so, who did you play for? What was your experience like?

A: Yes, I played at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. My experience was an eye opener, because it showed me how determine I needed to be. And college taught me that I have to learn to balance my life with school work and football practice so I can be ahead.

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: I was about to be in the combine last year and got an offer from a marketing firm.

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from your coach(es)

A: The most important thing I learned from my coaches is “giving up” in anything isn’t an option. So I learned to never give up no matter the odds.

Q: What would your current/past teammates say about you and your qualities?

A: My attitude, my strength, my determination, and I’m team oriented.

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career at any level?

A: Back at high school when me and my team almost made it to the state championship game. We work hard to get to there and we was the first team ever to get that far in our high school record.

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

A: When I was on a semi-professional team and I was trying to balance that and working. I manage it by being communicative with my manager and my coaches so I can still play and not lose my job.

Q: Who was the best player you played against anytime during your career?

A: Kendale Harris we’ve played on the same team for a long time. Not only do I consider him as a great friend but a great rival.

Q: If you could compare yourself to any pro athlete, who would that be and why?

A: Calais Campbell. He’s aggressiveness and his work ethic has always impressed me and I always want to show it on the field. And have a great positive attitude of the field.

Q: What is your biggest strength that you bring to a professional team and why should pro scouts consider you?

A: My biggest

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back” or ”pay it forward” in your community?

A: Yes

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football?

A: Working out, cooking, read books, writing

Q: If you could make a positive impact on all of society what would it be and why?

A: I would like to start programs that can help kids not only with training for football. But also help them with school work and teach them get ready if they want to play football in college. I feel like with the knowledge I have it should be shared to help the next generation with whatever path they want to take.

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life?

A: My mother

Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?

A: The way I walk and talk because I always had high expectations for myself and I carry the pride of my hometown on my back.

Q: If you had the opportunity to play another sport professionally, what sport would you choose?

A: If I had the opportunity I would like to either Box professionally or head to the WWE.

Q: What is your dream job?

A: My dream job is to open up my own shop selling sporting goods and have the shop go global.
