Q: Tell us about your high school career and what the recruiting process has been like thus far. 

A: Without my father I would not have any type recruiting process. He has always put me out there and made sure I was on my game.

 

Q: When did you receive your first offer and what school was it from? How many offers have you received thus far? 

A: I have not received a single offer.

 

Q: What would you consider to be your biggest accomplishment in your sports career so far?

A: Going to states for track but my biggest accomplishment has yet to come.

 

Q: What do you consider to be one of the more important things you learned from the coaching staff while playing at your school?

A: Effort and the little things always matter.

 

Q: What have you learned during this unique time in 2020? What did you focus on or accomplish during Quarantine?

A: I learned that if there is anyone stopping me from being great it is myself, also I have worked on my football skills all quarantine and hope fully I can show that.

 

Q: If you could play in college, what would you choose to major in? What are your plans if football doesn’t work out?

A: If football doesn’t work out then I want to continue in law school and become a lawyer.

 

Q: What would your current teammates say about you and your qualities?

A: Since transferring to a new school I really have had anytime with my new teammates. I would think that my old teammates would say I’m hard working, a good leader, confident, and pretty fast too.

 

Q: What has been one of the most memorable plays of your career so far?

A: Playing a whole game with the flu and catching a 50-yard touchdown to close out the other teams come back hopes.

 

Q: What has been your biggest challenge and how do you manage it?

A: My biggest challenge was realizing not everything will be handed to me and there is always going to be someone trying to out work me and I manage it by pushing myself to be better every day.

 

Q: If you could compare yourself to a collegiate or pro athlete, who would that be and why?

A: Devante Adams because no matter where you put me on that field you will get my all out of it.

 

Q: What is your biggest strength and why should college coaches & scouts consider you?

A: My biggest strength is my quickness, and speed. My ability to separate from defenders, and I’ve never been caught from behind. Colleges should consider me because, I’m an extremely hard worker and I will make sure I can give you what you’re looking for.

 

Q: Are you involved in mentoring, a charity or do you “give back”/”pay it forward” in your community?

A: I have helped with the local food bank at the Methodist church giving food out to the elderly and handicapped.

 

Q: How are you preparing for the 2020 High School National Scouting Combine and what are your goals for the combine?

A: I prepare by making sure I’m hydrated on such hot days and I am always working out either by myself or with my trainer; my goals are to improve in everything I can every day that I can.

 

Q: What would be your ultimate achievement? 

A: My ultimate achievement would be continuing my academic and athletic careers at University of Pittsburgh.

 

Q: What do you enjoy doing when not playing football? Do you play other sports? 

A: When I’m not playing school football, I’m either training or going to camps or doing 7v7 there is never “no football” but I also play lacrosse and run track

 

Q: Who is or has been the most influential person in your life? 

A: My Father is and always will be the most influential person in my life always shows endless effort to make sure I am where I need to be in life. He is truly the only reason I’m where I’m at with football now.

 

Q: What is something unique about you that people would find interesting?

A: How genuinely kind I am. No matter how busy I think I am I always want make sure I take time to lift others up. I’m not one that can just leave people when there down.
